Emerging Leaders Programme

| Purpose |
| This programme is designed to create empowered supervisors who are well-rounded, have a wide range of competencies and who ‘lead’ rather than ‘manage’. It is specifically aimed at supervisors or team leaders who have had little formal education and training as well as individuals who have been identified as having managerial potential. |

| Learners are required to have competence in English, Mathematical and Financial Literacy at NQF Level 3/Grade 11 or equivalent. Entry requirements per module are unique and according to aligned Unit Standards. Internal placement assessments are available. |
