| Purpose |
| This programme is designed to develop leadership qualities in adults who are employed in commercial and industrial settings. It does this by expanding the learner’s skills, values and attitudinal frames of reference. This is done through exposing the learners to challenging situations in which guided experiential learning occurs. |
| Specific Outcomes |
|
At the completion of the programme, the learner will be able to:
- Solve problems in the absence of recipe solutions
- Understand and recognise that most problems are shared problems and require successful collaboration with others for their resolution
- Take responsibility for the success or failure of their problem solving endeavours

| Presented over a period of 8 months (184 hours) |
| Entry Requirements |
| Learners are required to have competence in English at NQF Level 2/Grade 10 or equivalent. Furthermore, learners must have a minimum of 12 months working experience. This is a non-aligned programme. |
