| Purpose |
| This programme is focused on newly appointed managers or individuals who have been identified with potential for further management positions. The purpose of the programme is to develop the learners in a broad range of managerial competencies that are relevant in the South African business environment. |

| Learners are required to have competence in English, Mathematical and Numeracy literacy at NQF Level 4/Grade 12 , as well as Financial literacy at NQF level 3/Grade 11. Internal placement assessments are available. |
