| Purpose |
| This programme is designed to create empowered supervisors who are well-rounded, had a wide range of competencies and who 'lead' rather than 'manage'. It is specifically aimed at supervisors or team leaders who have been identified as having managerial potential. |
| Articulation |
| The SLP articulates into Qualification 57712: Further Education and Training Certificate: Generic Management; NQF4; minimum 150 credits. The SLP is presented in a modular basis, the sequencing of which has been specifically developed so that the skills obtained in the previous module are solidified in the secceeding modules. |

| Learners are required to have competence in English, Mathematical and Financial Literacy at NQF Level 3/Grade 11 or equivalent. Entry requirements per module are unique and according to aligned Unit Standards. Internal placement assessments are available. |
